Our products are made to order and shipped in a way that ensures their excellent condition and proper transportation.

Balo Concept ships throughout Greece.

2. Free Shipping in Epirus

For orders with a destination within the geographical region of Epirus, shipping costs are completely free.

Free shipping applies to the following areas:

• Ioannina
• Arta
• Preveza
• Thesprotia
• And the wider areas of the above prefectures

Delivery is carried out:

• Using the company’s own vehicles, or
• Through a partner transport company

depending on the location.

3. Shipping to the Rest of Greece

For shipments outside Epirus:

• Transportation is carried out through partner transport companies.
• Shipping cost is calculated depending on:
  • The volume of the product
  • The destination
  • The delivery floor, if required

The exact shipping cost is communicated to the customer before the order is completed.

4. Production and Delivery Times

Balo Concept products are handmade and made to order.

Indicative times:

• Beds / Mattresses: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to:

• Increased demand
• Custom constructions
• Remote areas
• Transport conditions

In any case, the customer is informed about the estimated delivery time.

5. Delivery Method

Delivery is carried out:

• At the entrance of the apartment building or delivery location, unless otherwise agreed.
• On a scheduled day and time, after communication with the customer.

In cases where the following are required:

• Lifting
• Transport to a floor
• Special handling

there may be an additional charge, after informing the customer.

6. Customer Obligations upon Delivery

Upon receipt, the customer must:

1. Check the external condition of the packaging.
2. Immediately report any visible damage to the carrier.
3. Inform the company within 48 hours in case of any issue.

Signing the delivery note without reservation means that the product was delivered in good condition.

7. Delivery Delays

Balo Concept makes every effort to ensure timely delivery.

However, it is not responsible for delays due to:

• Force majeure
• Extreme weather conditions
• Strikes
• Delays by transport companies
• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

8. Inability to Deliver

If delivery is not possible due to:

• Incorrect details
• Absence of the recipient
• Inaccessible location

the order may be rescheduled with a possible additional charge.

9. Special Deliveries

For special deliveries such as:

• Delivery at a specific time
• Assembly
• Transport to a floor
• Delivery to hard-to-reach areas
