Returns Policy
1. General Principle
Balo Concept products are handmade and made to order, according to the customer’s choices and specifications.
For this reason, returns are not accepted or withdrawals for products that do not present any issue.
2. Cases in Which a Return Is Accepted
A product return is accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is defective
- Damage occurred during transport
- A different product from the one ordered was delivered
3. Customer Obligations upon Receipt
Upon receiving the product, the customer must:
- Check the external condition of the packaging.
- Immediately report any visible damage to the carrier.
- Inform the company within 48 hours of receipt, in case of any issue.
If the company is not notified within the above time period, it reserves the right to reject the return request.
4. Return Process
In case of a defective product or damage:
- The customer contacts info@baloconcept.gr or +30 2651 021281.
- Sends photographic evidence of the issue.
- The company reviews the request and approves the replacement or repair process.
5. Return Cost
In cases of:
- Defective product
- Damage during transport
- Incorrect order due to the company’s error
the cost of return and replacement is borne exclusively by Balo Concept.
6. Method of Resolution
Depending on the case, the company may proceed with:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with a new one
- Refund, if replacement is not possible
7. Legal Note
The above apply in accordance with Greek and European legislation on the sale of goods and made-to-order products, where the right of withdrawal does not apply.
