The online store baloconcept.gr offers high-quality handmade beds, mattresses and related products, which are made to order according to the customer’s choices.

These terms are governed by Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and Greek and European legislation on e-commerce.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website, the user declares that they are over 18 years old or have the consent of a guardian, fully accepts these terms and agrees to comply with them.

5. Product Information

The business makes every possible effort to ensure the accuracy of the photos and specifications. However, slight variations in shades or dimensions may occur due to the handmade nature of the products and differences between display screens.

6. Prices and Taxes

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is completed.

7. Payment Methods & Transaction Security

Payments are made through credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover. Security: All card payments are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi XPay” by Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).

8. Order Process & Transaction Receipt

The order is completed by selecting products, filling in the required details and confirming payment. After completion, the customer receives an automatic confirmation email, which serves as the official transaction receipt.

9. Availability and Delivery Times

Products are made to order. Indicative delivery times: Beds 10–20 business days, Mattresses 7–15 business days.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made throughout Greece. Free shipping is provided in Epirus. For the rest of Greece, the cost is calculated after communication or is free for orders over €1,000.

11. Cancellation & Returns Policy

• Order Cancellation: The customer has the right to cancel their order within 48 hours from its submission, by sending an email to info@baloconcept.gr.

• Returns: Due to the nature of the products (made to order), returns are accepted only in cases of a defective product or an error in execution.

• Refunds: In the event of a valid withdrawal or return, the refund to the customer is completed within 14 business days.

12. Product Warranty

The business provides a good operation warranty:

• 10 years for beds.

• 5 years for mattresses. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and not damage caused by misuse or incorrect assembly.

The business is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, force majeure events or technical issues with the website.
