1. General Principle<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Balo Concept products are handmade and made to order, according to the customer\u2019s choices and specifications.<\/p>\n

For this reason, returns are not accepted<\/strong> or withdrawals for products that do not present any issue.<\/p>\n

2. Cases in Which a Return Is Accepted<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A product return is accepted only in the following cases:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • The product is defective<\/li>\n
  • Damage occurred during transport<\/li>\n
  • A different product from the one ordered was delivered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    <\/p>\n

    3. Customer Obligations upon Receipt<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Upon receiving the product, the customer must:<\/p>\n

    1. Check the external condition of the packaging.<\/li>\n
    2. Immediately report any visible damage to the carrier.<\/li>\n
    3. Inform the company within 48 hours<\/strong> of receipt, in case of any issue.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If the company is not notified within the above time period, it reserves the right to reject the return request.<\/p>\n

      4. Return Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      In case of a defective product or damage:<\/p>\n

      1. The customer contacts info<\/strong>@baloconcept<\/strong>.gr<\/strong> or +30 2651 021281<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Sends photographic evidence of the issue.<\/li>\n
      3. The company reviews the request and approves the replacement or repair process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        5. Return Cost<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        In cases of:<\/p>\n

        • Defective product<\/li>\n
        • Damage during transport<\/li>\n
        • Incorrect order due to the company\u2019s error<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          the cost of return and replacement is borne exclusively by Balo Concept.<\/p>\n

          6. Method of Resolution<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          Depending on the case, the company may proceed with:<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Repair of the product<\/li>\n
          • Replacement with a new one<\/li>\n
          • Refund, if replacement is not possible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
