Free Shipping in Epirus<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For orders with a destination within the geographical region of <strong>Epirus<\/strong>, shipping costs are <strong>completely free<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Free shipping applies to the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ioannina<\/li>\n<li>Arta<\/li>\n<li>Preveza<\/li>\n<li>Thesprotia<\/li>\n<li>And the wider areas of the above prefectures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Delivery is carried out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using the company\u2019s own vehicles, or<\/li>\n<li>Through a partner transport company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>depending on the location.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Shipping to the Rest of Greece<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>For shipments outside Epirus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transportation is carried out through partner transport companies.<\/li>\n<li>Shipping cost is calculated depending on:\n<ul>\n<li>The volume of the product<\/li>\n<li>The destination<\/li>\n<li>The delivery floor, if required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p>The exact shipping cost is communicated to the customer before the order is completed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Delivery Method<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Delivery is carried out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At the entrance of the apartment building or delivery location, unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n<li>On a scheduled day and time, after communication with the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In cases where the following are required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lifting<\/li>\n<li>Transport to a floor<\/li>\n<li>Special handling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>there may be an additional charge, after informing the customer.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>6. Customer Obligations upon Delivery<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Upon receipt, the customer must:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Check the external condition of the packaging.<\/li>\n<li>Immediately report any visible damage to the carrier.<\/li>\n<li>Inform the company within 48 hours in case of any issue.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Signing the delivery note without reservation means that the product was delivered in good condition.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>7. Delivery Delays<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Balo Concept makes every effort to ensure timely delivery.<\/p>\n<p>However, it is not responsible for delays due to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Force majeure<\/li>\n<li>Extreme weather conditions<\/li>\n<li>Strikes<\/li>\n<li>Delays by transport companies<\/li>\n<li>Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><strong>8.
